During the work on this project we changed the standard of Exporter’s thinking and make him watch the situation through the eyes of the Russian consignee. As a result, the effectiveness of the exporter has significantly improved.
Huge country, developing market, vague prospective, frustrating rules… Is that what you think of my Motherland? I’m pretty sure that is. And you are right. But only if you don’t have a reliable partner from this side! I was working as an Import Executive Officer in the most decent Russian companies for a long time. I had a chance to collaborate with the numerous diverse suppliers from all over the world. Some of them were international tycoons, some of them were family owned companies, and some of them were farmers. But all of them had the same question to me.
