In the course of project implementation tactics, budget, and workflow have changed several times due to changes made by the supplier. This project ended with full success of the identified strategic objectives. We have saved initial budget.
Huge country, developing market, vague prospective, frustrating rules… Is that what you think of my Motherland? I’m pretty sure that is. And you are right. But only if you don’t have a reliable partner from this side! I was working as an Import Executive Officer in the most decent Russian companies for a long time.
